2020 MAN TGX (TG3) 510 D2676 Sound Pack
Description:
Sound pack for the 2020 MAN TGX (TG3) truck for ETS2, consisting of high-quality sound samples from a 2022 MAN TGX 18.510, equipped with a stock 12.4 l MAN D2676 Euro 6e engine.
All sounds from the MAN TG3 have been professionally recorded using studio audio equipment, such as the engine, all interior sticks, switches and tones, the gearbox, the air-brakes, ...
It's compatible with the SCS MAN TGX/TG3 and the MAN TG3 2020 by Gloover, for all engines available.
The pack also features a standalone D2676 510hp engine, with realistic torque curves, real-life engine parameters, and a matching ZF Traxon gearbox with 5 differential ratios (2.31 - 3.08)

Features:
- extremely detailed engine sound recorded every 100 rpms in 4+1 channel format with 4 synchronized microphones placed around the engine & exhaust
- each interior switch, stick and warning tone recorded from the real truck and implemented into the game (e.g. blinkers, blinker stick, retarder stick, light switch, electric windows, etc.)

many brand-new features have been implemented that aren't part of the base mechanics due to a lot of programming and testing:
- multi-directional soundscape that changes depending on your position to the truck
- dynamic idle sound
- dynamic air compressor sound which activates when braking or if the air pressure is low
- warning tones when turning off the engine without parking brake or with lights on
- multiple sound samples for one sound event (e.g. light switch with 3 different sounds, multiple engine start/stop sounds, different sounds for high-beam on/off, …)
- air sounds when engaging/disengaging the parking brake
- multiple sounds that are triggered only in certain driving situations (e.g. engine brake engaging when shifting up for faster gear changes)
- many details such as relais sounds in the interior, key sounds for starting/stopping the engine, button sounds for raising/lowering the lift-axle, warning beep when going into reverse and much more
- every sound placed to the correct 3D-position (interior + exterior)
- ZF Traxon gearbox + retarder sounds
- custom sound attenuation config for the truck cabin to have a very realistic sound insulation in the interior (since ETS2 1.43 only!)
- other things I can't remember anymore but which you'll notice if you listen close enough ;)
Please note:
- It's recommended to turn off the “reverb effect of the cabin” in the audio settings of ETS2!
- Convoy mode support is not available, therefore is the sound pack optional for convoy mode (other players don't need to have it)
